Fat loss occurs when your caloric burn is greater than your intake of calories. Lemon juice can help you keep your caloric intake low. It’s contains no calories. As a result, lemon juice in water makes a low-calorie alternative to drinks such as fruit juice and soda. Also lemon juice just like ginger juice can help to boost your metabolic rate. As this rate increases your body burns more calories, which can play a role in weight loss.



For this preparation you would be needing a pot, chopping board, knife, two lemon fruits, one whole ginger.

  1. Peel off ginger.
  2. Then cut ginger in pieces.
  3. Transfer sliced ginger into pot.
  4. Cut lemon in half and squeeze out juice into the pot.
  5. Cut lemon zest in pieces and put into pot.
  6. Pour in two glasses of water into the pot.
  7. Put pot on fire and boil mixture.


After boiling, sieve out juice into a cup or jar and refrigerate. You can take this any time of the day, twice or thrice a week.
