The secret to a beautiful and healthy body is not found in man-made products but in natural things. In today’s article I would giving you an insight into my beauty world, I’d be showing you all the secret to how I get my whole body polish, my skin glow and my younger look.
The ingredients and the procedure I use would be shown below.
Baking soda also known as bicarbonate of soda it is an alkaline substance containing antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties which fights acne, balances body pH, reduces the occurrence of skin breakout and brightens yellow teeth and skin. It is also a powerful medical tool effective at combating everything from colds to oral problems to skin issues. It could also be used as a face scrub and a natural remedy for blackheads removal.
Rice powder is simply blended rice. It’s natural anti ageing and oil-absorbing properties makes them good for oily or acne-prone and drab skin. It’s also a good anti-inflammatory and skin whitening agent that soothes sunburned skin as a result of its aminobenzoic acid, makes skin smooth and fairer while evening skin tone. When taken into the body it increases the concentration of vitamin C. It also contains Ferulic acid which when mixed with vitamin C and E doubles the effects.
Coconut oil as earlier discussed is a natural oil which is high in natural saturated fats. Saturated fats not only increase healthy cholesterol in your body but also help convert the LDL “bad” cholesterol into good cholesterols. Coconut oil is an excellent massage oil that acts as an effective moisturiser on all types of skin, including dry skin. It also helps in treating various skin problems, including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections.
GLYCERINE AND ROSE WATER
Rosewater helps maintain the skin’s pH balance, and also controls excess, its has been medically proven that it contains anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the redness of irritated skin, get rid of acne, dermatitis and eczema. It is a great cleanser and aids in removing oil and dirt accumulated in clogged pores. Rose water also helps hydrate, revitalise and moisturise the skin giving it with that refreshed look. while healing scars, cuts and wounds.
Honey has been found to heal wounds and scars by mopping out free radicals and cutting the risk of contractures. The antibacterial activity of honey can play a role in treating infections. Honey also maintains a moist wound condition and its high viscosity provides a protective barrier that prevents infection. It smooths the skin, increases skin glow and beauty.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
For the preparation of this recipe we would be needing a bowl and a table spoon;
- Put 3 spoons of baking soda into a bowl.
- Add 4 table spoon of rice powder into the same bowl.
- Add up 4 table spoon of coconut oil into the same bowl.
- Then add 3 table spoon into the bowl.
- Lastly add two table spoon of honey then stir mixture together.
After mixture apply generously and evenly on all part of the body, armpits, knee, lip, shoulders, every body part and then wash off. When washing off use regular soap. This treatment would definitely make your skin glow.
