Everyone wants a glowing skin, everyone wants to look so much younger than they actually are. Today’s video would be all about looking healthier, younger, prettier and amazing. Transforming dry, scaly skin into smooth, glowing skin.

Below are a list of ingredients needed for the transformation you so much crave for.




RICE

For this recipe any brand of rice could be used be it brown or white rice. Rice is a natural skin toner that promotes cell growth, stimulates blood flow and helps keep your skin smooth and bright. Rice water also helps heal acne and cools the redness of an outbreak. It acts as an astringent on the skin, tightening the pores. Rice water also contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin, including ferulic acid, which is a great antioxidant, and allantoin, known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties.




 

GROUND CINNAMON POWDER

Cinnamon helps get rid of acne and pimples on the face by drying the skin and bringing blood and oxygen to the outer skin surface while unclogging pores. Cinnamon is also a disease curing agent, it cures certain skin diseases like eczema (condition in which skin gets  inflamed and irritated leaving behind color patches on the skin). The exact cause of eczema is unknown, but the most important cause is an over-active response by the body’s immune system against an irritant or allergen. Cinnamon also reduces signs of ageing by increasing collagen production for up to six hours after application.




 

MINT LEAF

Mint is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, using mint juice on the skin can help soothe mosquito bites and other irritations. It also helps to soften and calm dry or itchy skin. Mint has several properties which include proper digestion and weight loss, relief from nausea, depression, fatigue and headache, treatment of asthma, memory loss, and skin care problems. Aside these it is also used as a mouth and breath freshener.




 

APPLE PEAR

Pears aids in weight loss, improve digestion, improve heart health, regulate the body’s fluid levels, reduce blood pressure, increase cognitive ability, prevent cancer, and promote wound healing and tissue repair. Pears also help defend against birth defects, boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, increase the metabolism, improve circulation, protect against osteoporosis, while guaranteeing healthier skin, eyes, and hair. Pear is also high in vitamin A which reduces the effects of aging on the skin, like wrinkles and age spot, hair loss, cataracts, and various other conditions associated with the aging process.




 

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Boil rice till it becomes soft.
  2. Put half table spoon of cinnamon powder into the rice.
  3. Chop apple pear into the same bowl.
  4. Put mixture into a blender and blend.
  5. After blending add mint leaf into the already blended mixture

 

NOTE: YOU COULD BLEND MINT LEAF TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN THE MIXTURE

Apply mixture on skin and leave for about 20 minutes then wash and rinse off.

The above treatment IS perfect for all skin tones as it would not bleach skin but would improve skin radiance and glow, kill acne, pimples and remove skin infections. It could be applied daily or weekly.
