Hi guys, welcome to a new day. Its no news that acne occurs not just on the face but also on the breast, chest and back. While some ladies burst and pick theirs creating dark spots on those surfaces, other women use treatments to clear theirs. Well today I would be introducing a natural 2 step treatment which would aid in removing chest, back and face acne.
Below are the ingredients needed:
You could either use brown or white sugar both perform the same function. Sugar is preferable to salt cause of its mild effect on the skin. It ex foliates dead skin cells revealing new ones. Sugar is also a natural humectant meaning it draws moisture from the environment into the skin, so when you apply products with sugar or sugar derivatives, they’ll actually help hydrate your skin and keep moisture within. Thirdly, sugar is a natural source of glycolic acid which penetrates the skin and breaks down the “glue” that bonds skin cells, encouraging a fresher, younger-looking skin.
PURE GROUND CINNAMON POWDER
Cinnamon drys up pimples, plumps the skin (improve fine lines by stimulating blood vessels and bringing blood to the surface of the skin thereby unclogging pores). It also acts as an antiseptic which removes skin dirt, it smooths dry and dead skin, improves skin complexion, reduces signs of ageing and removes acne.
Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention. It is full of antioxidants, it is great for slowing down ageing. Complexion boost: It is extremely moisturising and soothing, so it helps create a glow. It softens the edges of the skin.
Lemon is perfect for skin lightening and acne removal. It may sound too good to be true, but because lemons are antibacterial, they can help treat acne. Lemons are also rich in vitamin C and citric acid, so they can help brighten and lighten your skin when used over time.
Take ginger and blend to powder form. Ginger contains around 40 antioxidant properties that prevents free radical damage and protects against ageing. It also evens skin tone and improves elasticity. Ginger also improves light-coloured skin, rejuvenates skin and slows down ageing, fights cellulite, treats acne, improves complexion, treats inflammatory skin conditions and ex foliates the skin
